STUDENT HOUSING: The student housing provides easy access to Utah State University Campus, being close to campus while still being off campus housing. Student housing comprises of Sandy Heights and the Beach House. Sandy Heights contains four apartments, two female apartments and two male apartments. Each apartment provides housing for 6 individuals and has options for two private rooms and two shared rooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each apartment is fully furnished with dryer and washer included. The Beach House stands as an old fraternity house with space to house 14 girls. There are options for 8 private rooms and 3 shared rooms. It is furnished and has washer and dryer. Both Sandy Heights and the Beach House stand side by side on 700 east in Logan. Utilites and parking are included in the rent price. Although parking is limited. If you want a great college experience that is close to campus with a great environment these apartments are for you! FAMILY HOUSING: Clear Creek family housing is located within walking distance to the Cache County Fair Grounds, Willow Park and Zoo, and the Logan Aquadic Center. There are six apartments each with three bedrooms and one and a half bathroom. Each apartment has a garage and space for one additional vehicle. They are two story apartments with the bedrooms upstairs with the full bathroom attached too the master bedroom. There is plenty of closet space in all of the bedrooms and additional storage in the garage, in an upstairs closet, and underneath the stairs. Hook up for washer and dryer available in each apartment. These apartments aren't furnished. Utilities are not included in rent prices.
